Crock Pot advice

I understand that but I would just buy a Dutch Oven instead.

I might buy one anyway, though.

if you have limited space and could only own one, I'd go with the dutch oven for versatility.

but a crock pot is nice to have for the convenience. I couldn't see myself leaving the oven on for 6-8 hours during the day while I'm out at work or running errands.

I agree.

Leaving the oven on a long time would work best if someone was home to keep an eye things.
 
Alright, did the ribs in the crock pot last night. Some of the best and without a doubt the easiest ribs i've made. they fell off the bone.


baby back ribs
cut in in pieces of 2-3 ribs(fit entire rack in crock pot)
1-2 bottles of sweet baby rays
8 hours low
5 minutes in oven broil high to give it a nice glaze

DONE.
