Critique this Build

I haven't really kept up with hardware, but I think I picked out a decent rig for a friend.

I'm not sure about the motherboard and graphics card, but I'm a pretty big Epox fan and they've always been a bit on the inexpensive side.

If you have any suggestions, they are very much so appreciated.

Looks good besides the fact that the PSU is overkill

Looks solid. PSU may be a little beefy for the parts you listed, but its my opinion you can never overkill on a CPU.

I was going to go Seasonic, but their 430W one was $100 and I was thinking, well, for that price, I might as well go FSP.
