I like the landscape - looks like the West Coast. The bridge is a nice feature.

As for the happy cows (California?) - it would have been better not to have cut off the feet of the main subject

Good pictures!...I would probably have used a fill flash on the main cow though...

Exactly what I was thinking. I do like them both, however.

Is that the Big Sur? I think I rode my bike across that bridge :)

I'm having issues with the background of the cow picture. Looks pixelated or something.
The scenery one looks cool. The front end of the pic looks dead though. Maybe you could liven it up by increasing the green in the pic.

Watch your horizon. Both pics are not level. On the second, crop some of the sky and right side of the frame. That will give the subject of the view better attention. The cow with the tongue out is the subject, so focus on that (I know, great DOF, but that is not what is important).

This is an example only. You tastes may vary.

Good exposure and great light on the cow. Hitting close to the magic hour did wonders.

I also over-rotated the cow by about .2 in the sample. Both were around 1.5 degs in the same direction (right), so you probably naturally do that. I have the exact same issue (so always have my guideframe on!)

Keep shooting!
