Ahhh!! You're one of the evil people! I used to spend forty-five minutes reformatting these type of resumes. :) If you're printing it and handing it out hard copy, you're not so bad off, but if you're emailing it, you may want to tinker with it.
You've got a good resume but the formatting's a little difficult. Clean and readable is the goal, and kudos to you for making everything conform. Don't overuse bold, italics, and underline. Bold headings, underline if you must. I tend to put headings above, info below, rather than headings to the left, info to the right, because if you email the resume, that formatting can get messed up and look pretty bad when opened. Use bullets instead of the paragraphs that you have in experience. Other than that, you should mostly be good to go.
