Critique system upgrade...

Hey guys, new to the board =)

Here's the list of new components followed by old components I am reusing:

New stuff:
- Lian Li 6070A
- Antec True480W
- Zalman CNPS7000-AlCu (i don't want to risk mobo when moving comp., so no Cu)
- Abit IC7-G
- P4 2.8Ghz 800FSB
- 2x510MB PC3500 of Corsair XMS
- AIT Radeon 9500 Pro
- 2 x Seagate 120GB SATA (for RAID1, sensitive storage)
- Seagate 18GB U160 SCSI (OS and Programs drive)

Old Stuff:
- Seagate 18GB U160 SCSI (wwwroot drive)
- Adaptec SCSI Card 39160 - U160
- Couple of IBM and Seagate EIDE harddrives (mp3s)
- The rest of old system that I might need (floppy, etc)


BTW, this is an upgrade to a 3 year old computer, a PIII 800MHz at 133FSB with 1GB of PC133.
