Are you going to overclock or not? This is what I'd recommend preliminarily.

Intel Core i5-3350P: $180
ASRock Z75 Pro3: $77
Crucial Ballstix 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1600: $45
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB: $80
Antec NEO ECO 520C: $55
Cooler Master HAF 912: $50
Samsung SH-224BB: $16
MSI Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr 3GB: $313.99

Total: $817

If your main use is gaming you shouldn't go with an AMD CPU. All their CPUs are slower than a comparably-priced Core i5 in gaming.

Corsair Vengeance RAM is overrated and has a few flaws: mainly, the stupidly-big heatsinks that impede having bigger CPU coolers and do nothing to improve performance.

The WD Caviar Black is overrated as well. The Barracuda 7200.14 is significantly faster and consumes less power.

The power supply you chose isn't that great in terms of quality, and if you're gonna run at stock speeds or even overclocked a good 520W power supply is enough.

Finally, the HD 7950 makes the most sense: it's not very expensive, yet it delivers high-end performance. MSI is shipping their newer stock with the Boost BIOS, so at stock this card would equal the performance of a GTX 670.

@LOL_Wut_Axel
Hmm k and it will be used mainly for gaming and could you pls give me a build with i5 3770k +mobo with 7870 within my budget? And does asrock make good motherboards? And yes I will change the power supply.
And i dont plan to overclock but I plan to add in another 7870 for crossfire later on that will be in later years not soon

Waaaait. The computer landscape will have changed pretty significantly in 3-6 months simply because of fluctuating prices. A good deal now can't be guaranteed to exist in 3-4 days, let alone 3-4 months (also, new GPUs). If you're not buying until then, don't ask until then--our advice will have become outdated.

+1 ... it's far too soon, pretty much wait till about 2 weeks before buying to start hunting.

If you prefer a single retailer, then maybe speed up or delay your ordering time to coincide with any deals they have.

I saved about $200 by waiting till my prefered retailer was doing free shipping, plus a mobo+cpu combo, plus 5% to 10% off everything else.
