Building a "light gamer" for a friend.......here's what I decided for the soup so far:

Chieftec Workstation Chassis w/Turbolink 420W PSU

Gigabyte GA-8IG i845G Chipset
Intel Pentium 4 1.8GHZ Northwood w/Retail Heatsink

Mushkin PC3000 512MB RAM
Radeon 8500LE 128MB
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz
Seagate Barracuda 80GB 7200RPM
Sony 3.5" Floppy

Total w/S&H + Tax = $901.44

had a budget of $900......wasn't able to squeez it in...but $1.44 over aint badd.:D

if its under $1200 I'd classift it as light anything... lol

$2200 appears to be the sweet spot for a really nice well rounded machine... not including the dual 18" LCD monitors of course
