I'd up the PS, not that you HAVE to.

Take a look at the Corsair 620W PS. It's made by Seasonic and can be had for $125AR.

Also, I think I'd step up the cooler to the Zalman 9500 or 9700.

I'm running an E6600 with Zalman 9500 on a P5B Dlx, powered by the Corsair 620, and am very happy with it all. I did splurge on Crucial Ballistix memory though, as I am OC'ing.
