This will be for my online portfolio. Most of the links don't work yet and obvisously the X's will be filled in with info, and the girl will instead be a picture of me.
What do you think? What can I improve?
I made this using fireworks and dreamweaver, my first time with both so I did alright.
A couple of things I would like to know:
[*]How can I get rid of the borders shown on the browser? Like the little bit of beige showing along the left hand side and on the top and bottom?
[*]How can I get the side bar and top and bottom bars to extend to fit the browser size of the viewer? Most of the graphics were imported from fireworks as html files, so I'm not sure how to go about doing this. I was thinking of maybe like splitting the top bar in three chunks. One chucnk would be left aligned, one chunk right aligned and maybe I could strecht the middle to fit. Is this possible and how?
[*]My page loads up piece by piece. Could I possibly save the graphics and have them load up all at once. Like make one big .gif file for the top, one for the side, etc.
