Looks pretty good to me. You might also want to consider the Antec P180 (or P180B for all black). It's the case I have, and it's very quiet.

Might also want to be sure other people have successfully used the Tuniq Tower on that motherboard. The northbridge cooler looks a little taller than the average board.
 
The case took me a while to decide upon. I was looking at the P180 but didnt like the door. There was another Lian Li that I liked but was too small. Read some reviews of the one I have now and they said they were able to install the tuniq.
 
I'd forget about sli and get a single card board like Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R, it's stable and has all the overclocking features you'd ever want. Get Corsair 520HX for the same money from Buy.com, it's the absolute best in this price range. And lastly, consider getting an MSI 8800 GTX for about a hundred more, big jump in FPS.
