I would change this to:

Over four years experience in supporting large, established companies; focusing on ____ ____ (insert software, OS', etc).

Do you have this in MS Word format? I'd like to check it out formatted. Some of the wording for your previous work experience is weird. For instance, for previous jobs you would say supported instead of supporting because it's a past action. Make it very easy for the employer to read. For instance, will an employer know what a ticket is in this context? Some of the wording is awkward (to me)

Ex:

Desktop Support, Washington Mutual, Vernon Hills, IL
Helping end users with day to day problems with IBM hardware and software or when tickets come in. Used Remedy to document, update and resolve issues pertaining to trouble tickets.

Fix:
Helped support IBM hardware and software for end users on a regular basis. Used Remedy, ..what it is, to document, update and resolve issues related to user support requests.

Four years plus experience (What are you trying to say?) in supporting big (big is ambigious, used words like Fortune 500) companies which have day to day problems with Operating Systems, and Software (with day-to-day workstation problems such as OS and software). I have a strong background in supporting Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Office XP.

(I'm confused, aren't these two separate companies? If so, where is the work description for Siemens? If this is actually consulting experience, state Siemens or IBM once in the beginning, a short description of your consulting experience, then list client companies, and follow with your client experience. Make it clear that it is consulting work since your layout now is confusing.)

Helping end users with day to day problems with IBM hardware and software or when tickets come in. Used Remedy to document, update and resolve issues pertaining to trouble tickets. (BULLETS and use better, descriptive action verbs. Assisting and educating users > helping users. Operated > used. This applies to the rest of your work experience.)
