Layout is concise and uses good keywords. I would move Honors and Awards just under Academic Projects. Get rid of current and completed coursework. No employer wants to see a list of your classes, that's what your transcript is for. And I have never had an employer ask to see my transcript anyway. Lastly, I would also make a more generic resume for non-technical positions, because in reality, you are gonna have to look for more than just IT jobs when you graduate. Your resume currently only highlights your technical abilities. Any customer service?

Advice: Get some more experience. Internships will do wonders. Even it it delays your graduation, you will be MUCH better off in the long run.
