After a few months of design, we finally implemented our new website for http://madgenius.com

There are a few things left to be integrated, otherwise it's done :D.

Let me know what you think ... grammar natzi's, and observers.

Fixed a bunch of stuff, still working on the chrome issue, as I don't see it on my end, so looking for a box that has the issue.

Anyone else see anything funky?

Remember that post I made where I was getting rid of my webhosting customers and you were like "I think I'll start a hosting service". Is this that?

You look at the nav bar ... our old site lacked keywords, which we now have plenty of..with ths business. google rankings should go up, MUCH easier.

hahaha, yes...I started this a while ago though.

When was that?

I fully agree with slayer202 - pretty, but too busy. No natural spot for the eye to come to rest when first viewing the page.

You're all over the place - what's the one big message you want to sell people on when they come to your site? If it's the value of your packages, put those up top, not below the fold as they're currently located.

If you do keep that 4-item scroller, keep in mind it's useless if there are hard dollar figures indicating price in them. People will click to see more already knowing the price - they won't click to see more if the price is potentially something they will consider too high. See http://myhosting.com/ for an example of a scroller done properly.

I agree with this. You might benefit from a little re-organization of the site's content, maybe put some other information on the front page (like the various plans, features, whatever). My only other concern would be that hand-written font... too much IMO, but it's not a huge deal.

1) Unprofessional Font.
2) Lack of 800 number.
4) Mad Geniuses have grey hair.
e) Live Chat always off

But mostly the font. Looks horrible in Chrome.

Thanks yllus, i'll keep it in mind ... we're trying something new with this design...if we go with the full/center scroller like that, we will make sure to make it slow, or not let it move on it's own at all.

Single pass:

• The landing page/home tab is really very busy and difficult to dissect
• I don't care for the character - and it's obviously heavily reused.
• You have two blank bullet points on the bottom right of the VPS tab
• The 'Submit Ticket' form needs skinning
• Should there only be one dedicated server option?
• On the 'Web hosting' table, '30 Day Money Back' is both colliding with it's box edge and possibly missing 'guarantee'
• On web hosting, you might consider a 'Save xx%!' on the annual pricing

rivan - some stuff is still getting integrated, but thanks for pointing them out!

The mascot could use some 3D'ness, but we like it...not sure how it's overused, it was hand drawn.

to expand on "busy" a little more, on second glance, there are a lot of things that pop out and say "look at me." I'd say too many. A lot of graphics, arrows, logos, circled items etc

I guess overused is a bit of a overboard criticism. For the most part, the hair/face (all but eyes), coat, tie, legs and shoes are all totally static.

Still, site's well on it's way. Kudos.

Web Hosting -> Ultimate Package -> Annual Price... 208.99 needs a '$' in front of it.

VPS Cloud -> Pricing Slider... RAM & CPU need to be all caps. Features & Specs has two blank entries.

Colocations Page -> "Security: Technicians are on shifts 24/7 to protect your data." Change "shifts" to "duty"

Just what I found skimming through...

the "make a payment:" link on the about page doesnt work.

there is a huge white space area at the top of your page that is clickable but nothing happens when i click it.

the "order now" button doesn't do shit.
