Planning on OCing to 250FSB 5:4. Is it crucial to remove the thermal pad and replace it with AS3? Thanks
 
looks like a bang out system to me. AS3 does give beter conductivity of heat but using it voids you're cpu warranty. Not that it matters since you plan to overclock.
