You don't need 700w, you probably don't even need 600w. In fact, I with a dvd burner and a e6600 oc'ed to 4ghz on 1.4v the system only cosumes 388w! This means you need about 29 or 30 amps combined on you 12v rail. You can get that from a 400w psu such as the enermax liberty 400w. This psu is half of the cost of the ocz you were planning on. I think the p5w deluxe in your sig would be the way to go, and the p180 case is good as well. Unless you already have a monitor, (the dell) get a viewsonic vx2025. Your $$$ can be better spent on that.

EDIT: There is no sli capable core2duo board yet, so I'm assuming that's single gpu...

Yes, it's a single card. And, I know that 700w is a bit overkill, but i want to be a bit more future-proof for the G80/R600. Other suggestions? I heard the DQ6 with Beta BIOS is a better overclocker than the P5W, is this true?

Any other advice? Please, I am ordering tommorow morning and really don't want to send stuff back.

What about the memory, is it any good and fast enough if I decide to overclock?
