Critique a section of my resume

for you night owls.....i don't have much work experience, so i wanted to highlight what computer skills i have (self taught, classroom based, and non-work stuff):

? Installed and upgraded Windows 9x, 2000, and XP Professional operating systems, while administering Windows security patches and service packs in a timely fashion.
? Built Wi-Fi (wireless 802.11b) networks with 4 Windows based computers, implementing 128-bit WEP encryption, MAC filtering, and using analytical skills to troubleshoot difficulties.
? Visual Basic.NET programming experience in a project-based classroom environment, while meeting deadlines.
? Hardware and peripheral installation knowledge on Windows platforms. Analyzed system needs and made recommendations for hardware upgrades.
? Extensive Microsoft Office 2000/XP skills within a professional setting to prepare documents and presentations for upper management.
? Completed C++, TCP/IP, and FORTRAN coursework in a project-based environment, while using communication skills within group settings.
? HTML and Microsoft FrontPage web publishing experience.
? Windows Mobile 2003, Pocket PC 2002, and Palm OS experience, including software beta testing and hardware recommendations.

too much fluff in these two

too much fluff in these two

Agreed, not needed at all but if you insist on putting them in there, put them at the last.

Take out the deadlines part in the Visual Basic.net bullet.

Expand on the html and frontpage bullet. What exactly did u do with them? Build your website, someone else's etc.

You need to revise the order in which you put these. Put the most important ones (depends on the job you are applying for) first and the less important ones later.

the position is an IT support for a hospital. the programming stuff probably isnt' as important as the networking knowledge.

not having work experience sucks 🙁
