I have a new system I've built sitting on my bench and have been running into a problem I'm not familiar with.

This is my first Intel system in a long time and my first go at overclocking a CPU in the better part of five years.

System:

Core i5 3570k OCed to 4.4 GHz (CPU core is in offset mode, currently around + .070 resulting in around 1.192 V at load in hopes of fixing the issue, thermals seldom pass 70C at max load in burn in/benchmark software on the hottest core... Core 3)
ASUS P8Z77-V Pro motherboard
4 x 4 GB Samsung DDR RAM at 9-9-9-24 at 1600 Mbps
2 x Gigabyte Geforce GTX 670 in SLI
Samsung 830 SSD 256 GB on SATA 3.0 port
LG Blu-ray burner on SATA 2.0 port
Seasonic Platinum 860 watt PSU

Now, I've had some critical stops with source Kernel-Power prior to putting in my two graphics cards today.

I figured it was possibly due to some weird issue with voltage. I can run the CPU at 100% with prime or LinX and it will seem to be fine and stable.

Do I need to up the voltage even more? I initially had things running just fine around 1.168 CPU core at max CPU load. Is there some trick to not having it do the sudden power down or restart? I'm guessing my next course of action will be upping the RAM voltage and/or doing some additional memtesting. Not entirely certain on where to start with troubleshooting this issue.
