Critical Diagnostic / Virus / Spyware tools?

I'm making a mini-CD (200 MB nominal capacity) that I can easily carry around for diagnosing problematic computers. I get asked to fix things all the time and I figure that I might as well at least have some of the right tools to do the jobs I'm asked to do. What basic diagnostic / tweak / repair / anti-virus / spyware removal tools would you all recommend that I put on my little home-made "daignostic disc"? Preferably freeware, but trials are acceptable too so long as I can use it in this manner and not run afoul of the EULA.

So far I have only Ad-Aware and Spyboy Search & Destroy.

Thanks all.

How about something that's not going to create about a billion more problems than it solves?

Thanks, but I'm looking more for things that don't require a network connection. I'm not doing this professionally, just for family members who keep coming to me complaining about weird stuff happening where I find out they have about 16,000 different spyware / viri on their computer. Some programs I can keep on the CD-R and install to clean up a machine without a 'net connection.

Yeah, but 99% of the time I'm limited to a 56K connection. Downloading an Ad-Aware or Spybot update or new virus definitions is do-able, but anything over a meg gets tedious. I direct 'em to Windows Update, get 'em started, and then leave since Windows Update does it all on its own.

You need to get those two updates for the RPC exploits on the CD. People can still download the updates when they first get on the internet, but they can also get the Blaster worm first thing while they are downloading the updates......thats just what happened to me.
