I traded my MTV movie award tickets for some Prada and A/X clothes yesterday... and TODAY I GET THIS PM FROM AN AT MEMBER (if the member wants me to delete the post, just let me know and it's done).

i know this is late, and i didn't find your post until now.

do you still have the MTV movie award tickets? i really would like them, and i will definitely make it worth awhile. i have a ton of goodies to offer you, including a new-in-box Dell 1600SC server, which u can use as a personal computer. i also have brand new 120GB hard drives, brand new CD burners, memory sticks, choice of up to 1000 blank CD-R's, you name it, i have all kinds of new computer systems and accessories. i also have 2 brand new Versace leather jackets imported from Italy, which i got as gifts but never even took the tags off of them because i felt hesitant to wear something that costs over $2000 each. they have never been worn, and comes with certificates of authenticity (with serial numbers). i can offer you either one of the Versace jackets (they're for men, but u can wear them i'm sure). i also have cash if you would like, i'll leave it up to you to name the fair price. what do you say? PLEASE????

by the way, the Dell computer is brand new in box, comes with 1 year warranty, and it retails for $1400. i also have 5 brand new Lexmark photo-quality color printers.

Actually, tickets on eBay have gone from $80-200. I told the AT member to try their luck there. He sounds like a really great guy, and hopefully he has the chance to go.

Our company worked on a contract with them for some materials they'll be using during the awards show... MTV gave the tix to my boss as a thank you. She didn't want them, so she gave them to me.

Ummm maybe buy the tickets from ebay, and sell them to the At member for the $1400 server? Just a thought?

Heh. I briefly considered it, but the girl I traded them to was so heartbreakingly sweet. She recently moved here from Taiwan, and will be taking another absolutely adorable Asian girl with her to the show. I think it would just be cruel to ask for the tickets back, and I couldn't do that with a clear conscience... although my current computer (at home) is about 5 years old, and that Dell would look so beautiful in my room...

I would get those tickets back in a heatbeat, unless she is a family member or something, that would be difficult.

Too bad, I would cry for a week over that server and Versace jacket.

dezign it's ok it's a server. :p

you don't need a server to use as a regular computer. i have the same freaking server and it is loud as hell. plus u can't do jack crap with it. hahaha

if you really need a new computer, let me know. :D
