Cricked neck problem

I must've slept in a bad position last night cause i have a cricked neck now. Can't move my head right without a surge of pain Any of you had this problem and know of any remedies? My neck is killing me!! 🙁

I had this problem once-- It was so bad that I could not hold my head up straight -- had to walk around with it tilted about 45 degrees to one side. The doctor gave me some skeletal muscle relaxers? along with some pain killers -- while doped up on those I could put my head up straight and hear some crazy creaking noises in my neck. A few days later everything was normal again.

Use some heat on the area and then slowly try and stretch it out, you'll be fine in a few days at worst case.

blazert's got it. Rub some 'Absorbine Jr.' on it, and keep it warm. That will help increase blood circulation, which will warm the muscle and allow it to relax. I find a turtle neck shirt or sweater to be handy for keeping the heat in. Your neck got that way from being chilled, which caused the muscle to contract, which squeezed the blood out, which caused it to be more chilled...

Lucky.. I have that cricked neck EVERY day of my life (since my stupid car accident a year and a half ago). I dunno what to do about it. I've seen multiple doctors and they all say to just wait it out. This sucks.. I can't sleep because of it. It hurts when I try to be active or play sports.

Autofellatio is nearly impossible for most men. Stop trying to blow yourself and take some analgesics for the pain. A heating pad may help as well. If it's not better in a few days, call your doc.
