Well I finally bought a box tonight. Just tried to put a pair on, god what a PITA. First, I was like how the fvck do you get this on without touching the gel. Second, my lips are burning. Arghhh......should I go through this to get whiter teeth. Sheesh.

Get stuff from your dentist. My dentist and says that stuff you buy in the supermarket is crap, and doesn't whiten deep enough to have a lasting effect. Doesn't mean much you say? My dentist is my sister in law and I got the real stuff free!. It goes in trays shaped to fit your teeth, and there is no burning if you don't use too much and wipe off the excess from your gums.

she also has the paste stuff and it's NOT worth the hassle... The strips ended up working better, and were on for less time.

I've heard that those whitening agents on the market aren't good for your teeth, they can increase the likliness of chipping/breaking

Not according to a couple of dentists I have talked to. Some people are sensitive to the chemicals but that just means it irritates the gums. I've used them. They make a noticeable difference and they're easy to use. (Who knows what strange thing cashman was trying to do with them)

buy a football mouthgaurd. Boil it then bite it. Makes a very usable retainer. go to dentist.net and order the real stuff. Get nitewhite3 refills. Thats what you pay $300 at the dentist

ive tried it and it doesn't really work. first of all mouthguards are huge and suck. they also let the gel stuff splooge out from your teeth and since its too big your lips are seperated from your gums so it'll work its way down your throat and KILL YOU.

Anyhow, ive had pretty good results with white strips, i used em diligently for like 4 days


my dads a dentist and i work at his office 2 days a week. I sorta hope i need impressions for whatever reason soon so i can take em and make myself a bleaching tray downstairs, it's mad easy and the heating/suction machine thing that molds em is fun to use

The best and easiest way to whiten your teeth. Expensive though at $500 a pop. But it takes a single one hour visit and you're done. I recommend it highly. It beats the hell out of having to stick a football guard in your mouth all night long for a week.

you put them on your teeth, and wrap the excess behind the teeth. i dunno how its getting on your lips.

the top ones are easy, but i find i have to lie down for the bottom ones or else they get drooled on.
