So my teeth are not as bright as I want them to be (I brush twice or more daily) and my dentist says my teeth are the healthiest he has ever seen but damn it, they're not as bright as I want them to be. So I gava Crest White Strips a try and damn, those things are the worst engineered thing ever. They don't stay on your teeth for more than 5 minutes and they didn't help at all after 2 weeks of use. Maybe my teeth is as white as it can get naturally? Anyways, don't use Crest White Strips.

they made mine a lot whiter after two weeks though they were pretty stained to begin white, and never had a problem keeping them on

i usually would put them on before i went to sleep though and they usually remained on my teeth when i woke up

and that worked very well

if you want to try a poorly engineered product try crest night effects they give you this bag of gel that is like 1/20 full and a flimsy brush that is too weak to spread

I use them infrequently on the commute to work. Yeah. They suck. But they were cheaper than anything else on the market at the time (clearance gift packs).

They do make a difference, even used just a couple times a week. But I smoke, drink coffee, and only brush my teeth twice a day.

I had trouble the first few times i tried it. Plus I didn't know you were supposed to do the upper and lower separately and not at the same time. Ooops.

But I guess I got used to it eventually. :) It tasted nasty though.

Maybe if you would drink a couple cups of bleach before you go to bed. If you don't like the taste try mixing it with some juice or something.

My mouth salivates like CRAZY when I use them, which forces me to keep my mouth closed lest I drool. (I don't want to swallow the crap as it gives me a stomach ache). I end up trying to keep all that saliva inside my mouth for a half hour and I end up getting too pissed to continue and take them out early.

You guys sure you're drying your teeth real well before slapping the strips on? If you've got any saliva on your teeth the strips won't stick. I never had any problems with them.

I use the Diamond Brite strips from Walmart (yeah yeah)...which are $10-15 cheaper than the Crest. IMHO, they work really well. They STAY on your teeth. Hell, I was drinking soda (yeah yeah) while I had them on (top and bottom) and they stayed on. They literally grab your friggin teeth. Oh, and I saw results after the first time. HOWEVER, after about a week my teeth got sensitive to having them on...dunno if that's normal tho for the whitening strips

i stopped using mine after I realized all my teeth were getting whiter except parts of my two top front teeth (had to get some type of filling there after breaking off half of each tooth). Needless to say I'm glad I stopped before my teeth looked like someone with a bad tanning job

Start using Sensodyne F toothpaste to desensitize your teeth.

I used them for a few days, and they seemed to be working, but they made my teeth ache. It's a really odd feeling when your teeth just *hurt* for no good reason.

I've been rinsing with a 50/50 mix of Hydrogen Peroxide and Listerine since March and my teeth are the whitest they've ever been.
