Tastes like Dentine or Trident Cinnamon. Actually seems to work pretty good - actually makes my teeth feel cleaner than the other pastes/gels I've tried.
 
every special paste i've seen has the same ingrediants listed. its mostly a taste thing. i had a coupon so i bought the cinamon one, not bad.
 
Supposedly the guy that made Colgate Total won some award for innovation or something. I just brush my teeth with whatever Crest or Colgate happens to be on sale at the moment with a decent flavor.
