Some of the infos available are cellphone number to owner name+address,unlisted # to address+owner, vehicle license plates to corresponding owner + license plate, driver's license number trace and many more.
It was my understanding that these infos are not supposed to be available to the general public :Q.
Where on the earth do they get these info and how do they make it legal to do this?
