Im over this not being able to get sh*t cuz i have not credit BS! Just cuz I dont have an freaking Credit Cards!!!! Is there a cheap way to build credit? Is there are like credit cards that I dont pay monthly fee for intill I actually use it? There has to be a cheaper why!

Secured credit card from your local credit union. You basically put 500 bucks in an account - that money is frozen, not able to be withdrawn, and that is your spending limit. Buy everything you can with it, and pay it off on a monthly basis.

I did this when I was 17, and had a score just shy of 700 when I was 19. Not too shabby 😉

go to wells fargo, open up a free checking acount

they give you a credit card, buy stuff with it and pay it off in the grace period and...

walla

you're building credit

edit: i dont know if wells fargo is in indiana, you maybe in washington mutual territory?

Damn I need to change my profile...I live in Chicago now. Crap...all those require me to pay monthly payments though...im a poor college student.

student cards?

I got my first credit card from AMEX when I was 17.. with a $800 limit.

Now three years later, I have a $15,000 limit and couple other good credit cards. I carry zero balance... and my credit score is pretty good
