ok so I have a bank of america checking and savings accounts..

I put most of my money in my ING direct account, and at any given time only have about 1-2k in my checking account, and about zero in my savings (I have to have the savings account so that I dont have to pay a monthly fee)

I pay my rent using cc (and among other things) to get the cash back... so in a month I can have about 2k -3k balance on my cc, but I pay them off completely at the end of the month.

Will credit companies look at this setup negatively? or am I fine?

Should be fine provided the ratio between your balance and your limit isn't too big.

You're fine as long as you pay your balances in FULL every month.

If you carry a balance I would keep it at 40% or less of your limit.
