I like to make sure that everything's on the up and up. I saw a link to some free credit report in the Hot Deals section a few months ago. The AT search function is a complete joke, so I'm here asking if anyone knows where I can go to get a free report.

I don't want to use a 3rd party service like "FreeCreditReport.com" as I know there are governmental services which do this for you.
