I need a few sites that people recommend where I can get my current credit report and for them to monitor my credit for a few months. The reason is some clown wrote "resident does not live here anymore" on one of my letters and the USPS deemed it valid and stopped delivering my mail around Dec 20th. I don't know if it was one of my neighbors who got the letter by accident or someone applying for credit cards or some other crap. So as a precaution, I'm going to get a credit report and have some company monitor my credit for a while.

I would try Privacy Guard. It works as promised, and you can get a two month trial for $1. I use it to pull my credit report from the 3 major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) daily. They do not provide you with your FICO score; however, they do provide you with a FAKO score that will at least give you an idea. It's notoriously incongruous with the true FICO though.

That said, PG will give you all that you need. You can easily monitor inquiries, so you'll know if someone is applying for credit before the card is even issued. If you do see an unauthorized inquiry you would likely need to contact the three bureaus for a fraud investigation. You can preempt the problem before it really compromises your credit.

Good luck.
