Credit rating companies don't give us access to credit lines. They use what should be protected speech (the use of money), in order to censor further speech.

Credit lines can be restricted, but not based on protected speech, such as income, purchase history, payment history.
I'm still not sure in what way this censors your free speech.
I think mcowned would be in agreement with me on this.
Yeah, that doesn't really bolster your argument...

Companies have been looking a social media for some time now and do make employment decisions based on what is found in a persons account on these sites.

As has been stated in this thread several times now......security settings......use them!!!
