Credit Cars refi phone calls

I've gotten these calls a couple times, the recording says they have important info, press 1 to speak to a rep.

The first time I got the call i was curious, because they were not specific about the cards, and I asked them what card this was in reference to. They immediately hung up.

Today I got one and spoke to a rep and told her to remove me, to which re replied I need to press 2 instead. I told her to remove me anyways and she then launches into some smack talk winding up calling me a "bitch-ass" and hanging up (the literal truth)

I called back and it was an invalid 866 #, surprise..

anyone getting these?
