Credit Card Question

I am basicly looking for a new credit card to take advantage of some of the stuff in the hotdeals forum that requires a rebate or the like, One thing that would be nice is one that will let me use it right after I am approved instead of having to wait two or three weeks for it to get here, I already have a card for other use, but this would be just for stuff like the above example or when I am really in a jam, other than that I will not really be useing it very much. Thanks for any Help or info, I have tried looking though the other threads, but can not find the answer to my quistion.

wont happen. AFAIK, everybodys got to wait the 2 weeks. unless youre like an american express platinum card member for like $300 a year, in which case they'll overnight you a damn card if you lose it.

If you are a student, you probally cannot get the full blown Amex blue with the best-value feature.
Look around for easy cards to get (EX Verizon VISA, MBNA <name of college here> VISA, etc...)

If you arent a student, amex blue is great. Its more of a travel and entertainment card for me, so I always have a VISA handy...

You usually never get your credit card instantly, just wait a few weeks.

i got my amex blue # online right away but waited 2 weeks for a card.
