credit card question

i need a visa or mastercard to use mainly to pay my tuition. I dont want to get into the details of how but i split up the tuition usinga deferred payment option the school offers. Each semester is roughly 9000$ so two payments a semester and i would need at least a 5000$ limit.

the school wants the first payment in the beginning of september but through myself, and my parents we wont have the cash till the end of the month. Yes i know of loans and payment services but we have already done it this way for a few years...for my brother. He used one of his cards in which he already had the credit.

I have excellent credit, score of 790, through my own amex card for slightly over 1 year and through another amex tied into my parents account since i was 18.

ive heard about citi divend and chase rewards and it would be a bonus to have cashback if i use the card elsewhere. but thats not important.

Is there any card i can apply and know outright how much credit i will have? preferrably with at least 5000$

thanks for reading and sorry for the length

Sears Mastercard.

Go to a Sears, apply and they'll approve you on the spot and tell you how much you can spend.....

..and 10% off some new tools and a pack of socks! 😀
