I just want to see if all CC processing software is the same as the one we use here.
Our software allows us to keep a sort of database of all customers' (dealers that sell our our product, actually) info. It keeps Store name, CC number, name on CC, address, and some other info. SO all our people have to do is select that dealer and enter the amount.
This is nice but we have no way of backing up this data. The company that makes the software says we can't because of the sensitive data it contains.
Does all CC processing software work this way?
