Credit card for someone who's just establishing credit

my fiance has a card with Orchard Bank but in order to get a mortgage, lenders want to see more than 1 trade line. So far she has the Orchard Bank CC and a Macy card. We're looking to get another card but not too sure which card to consider. I've heard Capital One gives just about anyone a card, but they dont do a good job of reporting things to the 3 major credit bureau.

Citi Dividend is still useful, even at the lower cash back amounts. RIP
