Some may but I see old lines all of the time, good and bad. The reason I found out about my charge off was another creditor called me about her. Told him the details and he said the paid I-1's were on the report but not the last loan.

Yep, like I said, they should but in my experience the difference between what CRAs should do and what they do do is quite large.

Just because they don't particularly care to just willy nilly steal from person A and give it to person B just because person A has more than B doesn't mean they hate person B.
