Credit card app process time

I applied online for a Citibank credit card. Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes the card to actually come after finishing this application. (Note: they haven't said I am approved, although I bet that would just come in the mail with the card if I was.)
 
If it wasn't an instant approval, it takes upwards of 14 days to get approved and another week or so to receive a card.
 
Took 1 week for my AMEX card to be approved and received. Sent it in on a Thursday, got it back on next Friday. My Visa card got instant approval and got it in 5 days I believe.
