Creative Zen - Work with wireless headphones?

It doesnt out of the box, but was curious if it works with some adapter I dont know about? I got some nice Zen earbuds, but they dont stay in when working out or running. I need something that will, and still sound decent.

Many A2DP (codename for stereo bluetooth) headphone comes with a headphone jack to Bluetooth adapter.

As far as quality, I don't know how good they sounds, but make sure whatever you buy, you can return it if you don't like it.
