Creative Zen Vision M Video transfer issues

So, I have tried to convert and copy two different videos from my computer to my Zen without any luck at all.

The first one is an Divx file that is 1280 x 720 and 105 megs. The second is a Windows media file that is 73 megs, and the same rez as the first video.

When I go to convert, it immediately says "Conversion unsuccessful".

Whats the deal?

Use WinAvi... VirtualdubMod, AutoGK, anything else you can think of...

I don't like creative's video converter.
