Creative Zen Touch 20 gig

Hey I've got a 20 gig that is not responding on the vertical touchpad. I updated the firmware so it would support PlaysForSure but then it stopped working right. I've tried reflashing the firmware but that's not working.


Any Ideas?

Maybe the touch pad has died.

that's what i was hoping not to hear. when i say the firmware reflash doesn't work, it isn't allowing me to do it.

What does this have in it, an older HDD? I really need to Google some stuff up on it... when you run it is there a clicking noise from the inside? Edit: Check out this link if you want to DIY on the touch pad Text

It is not clicking or anything like that. I'm going to disassemble it tomorrow
