wow... what a piece of garbage.

don't buy it. the user interface is God awful. i STILL can't figure it out and i've been trying to use it for about an hour now.... it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes tops.

ipod ftw.

I thought that that thing had a pretty god UI. My cousin has it, but I don't think it's the color version that he has.

i just figured it out.... and, no, it's far from good, imo. ipod beats the pants off it... it's too difficult to organize the music in order for it to play. instead, i need to make playlists or something. frigging annoying.

itunes and ipod is the way to go. avoid this product at all costs.

buy the uber delicate, scratchable, soft, wimpish iPod with its meh battery life?

nope

you're right about the scratchable part, but i don't think it's THAT delicate or soft and it's certainly not wimpish. battery life is meh, as you say... 8 hrs is decent.

however, the music sounds a lot better and the ui is better. just get a case for the ipod and you're safe.

the only reason why i got this piece of crap is so i can return it in a few days and not worry about scuffing it, thereby negating any chance of a return. 33 hr round-trip roadtrip... i need SOMETHING to listen to (radio = not an option because i like music).

I've got an 8gb microphoto and love it, it holds all my music, pics and some work files.

how do you tollerate the interface after using ipod's? it's so much of a pain in the ass.

typical of creative products, though, i guess...
