I just bought a Creative Zen 4GB:

It has a very nice 2.5" screen...video playback is very smooth...and best of all it has a SD card slot and accepts SDHC cards. You can even access the SD card through the Zen when connected to your computer.
Only problem is that the SD card isn't incorporated into the library but that isn't a big deal for me. Also, videos have to be transcoded to a certain resolution, although it will play DivX, XVid, and WMV videos if they are at the correct resolution.
I give it a 8.5 out of 10
