There's a new driver update available from MS for SB Live Value (in my case). I can't see or hear any differences.....thought it might fix my mixer problem (won't load...says a required plugin is missing?) Still have the problem...

FWIW....Not trusting the built-in MS firewall, I loaded up the free Sygate Personal Firewall. I am amazed at the number of programs trying to connect to somewhere....of course I stopped them all. What's going on here? Kernal32 needs to connect to something? Try it yourself to see....
