Creative X7 calibration problem

Hello, I have a problem with the calibration of the speakers on the Creaitve X7 card, at the beginning it worked fine and now it does not work someone had a similar problem and can help? The problem is that I used to be able to turn up each speaker separately, now I can't. Thank you all
