I remmeber seeing a link to a pack of drivers that revived that console where it was high quality and you had an equalizer and different interfaces for entertainment and gaming. I'm pretty sure this is also found on the XP drivers. I believe these drivers were somehow hacked to include these features. The new drivers from creative's site suck butt, and they have this old ordinary tabbed interface.

Can someone post a link to these drivers ? Thanks.

That one doesn't have the suite. It's Ok though, I found it, I was looking for the youp-pax drivers. Thanks.

Can you send me a link to the youp-pax drivers? I'm assuming this includes the interface software you were talking about.

If you download the youp-pax and then install creatives newer drivers over it, will the software still work?

The new creative drivers & software are the best yet and are better than the you-pax stuff.

Download the Creative Console from the website. I have exactly what you described and I got it from the website (I think it's under the X-Fi downloads section).

Suite comes on installer CD. you still can update drivers after installing original ones, you get to keep nice tools you mentioned.

When I tried installing the suite from the cd onto vista 64 it stopped with some incompatibility message... wouldn't even load... :(.

I'll try downloading the console, etc. from creative.
