creative writing piece?

I'm required to write a creative writing piece thats a narrative, except it must fit one or both of these conditions:

(a) it must begin with the sentence: "I am a liar." OR

(b) it must conclude with the sentence: " `I am dead,' she said."

Can you guys think of something really really cool I could use? I'm brainstorming but my ideas seem really boring so far :-(

Here's you a beginning..

I am a liar. I've been lying since I was able to talk. I'm not proud of the fact that I'm a liar but my lies have taken me far. There was a time when I thought maybe that lying was a bad thing but as I continued to lie and suffered no damage from them I began to lie more and more. My name is Bill Clinton, this is my story.
