Probably not worth upgrading if you have decent onboard sound. But if your Mobo's sound ain't cutting it, you can't do any better for $10.

nice deal, is a shame creative driver support is poor and most people have less gaming issues with onboard REALTEK AC97 controllers(since RTL actually UPDATES their unified AC97 drivers sets almost monthly)...
