When I launch Creative Play Center, I get the folliwing error: "Failed to initialize disc detector. The file MEDIDET.EXE may be missing or an incoorect version. You will not be able to play disc-based media."

When I okay, I get an illegal operation. under details, I get this message "CT Play cuased an invalid page fault in module playsvr.DLL at 0167:02fc7e0b"

I've uninstalled and re-installed the player, but I get the same error.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
