Shipped my friend a dead hard drive. They told my friend that he'd have to pay for shipping the dead hard drive back to them plus shipping the new hard drive out to him. He was about to agree when I stepped in. Started arguing with them and they were really rude. Finally after threatening them with legal action, they gave him free overnight shipping. That's just one of the stories. They're not bad if the item is ok but if it's bad, good luck!
