A while back buy.com had that special on the creative Vision W. I submittted the correct forms (filled out completely) and the UPC. They sent me a rejection notice saying I did not include the UPC. That's BULL! I photo copied all documents and the UPC for issues just like this. When I called them the lady was a complete B*tch. They finally agreed to let me mail in the back of the box where the UPC was cut out plus the scanned copy of the UPS receipt and I even included a picture of the serial on the unit! It's been 4 weeks since I mailed this other stuff out and guess what. They still don't have it! They keep telling me to call back in a week as they do not check their mail but once a week. it's a $80 rebate! its not the most money in the world, but at least honor your customers! We are the ones making them rich!

Let's hope they honor my rebate.
I mailed in a $50 rebate for a Zen Vision:M back on April 30th.
Another month and I'll start to wonder ...
