Creative Labs Extigy...PLEASE LOOK

I see this device for 149.99 I havent heard many things about it, but since its the most expensive item, im (assuming) its the best out on the market.

Does anyone have this? And if so, please tell me what you think.

Does the sound quality difference really make it worth it ect...

It's effectively an Audigy Platinum EX, in a single external box. Sound quality is exactly the same as a normal Audigy.

The USB is convenient, and it's not too heavy. I thought it would be quite big, but it's the size of a reasonable book. Hardware AC3 decoding is good...

Its pretty much strictly for laptops. There is no reason to use one on a desktop.

How about using it for TV / DVD Player / 5 Speakers ?
